Which approaches do I use?
For individual therapy, my approach is person-centered, and I primarily draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) based on individual needs. For couple therapy, I primarily draw on Gottman's Couple Therapy, and Emotion- Focused Therapy for Couples.

Outside of my work, I enjoy watching films, listening to music, and travelling- especially in ways that allow me to slow down and connect with nature. I also find grounding and comfort in spending time by the beach. Along with reading webtoons and manga, I love any creative work that involves animation.
It is going to look like a simple and meaningful conversation, where we get to know each other. You bring in yourself as you are, along with the world you live in, while I understand the streets, routes and shortcuts of it.
Each individual session lasts for 50 to 55 minutes, and is often properly structured based on our mutual understanding. A couple therapy session may last for 60 to 90 minutes based on clients' requirements.
A gap of 4 to 7 days is often recommended between two sessions. However, it may be subjected to change based on client's needs.
