I use an integrative approach (being trauma and neuro-queer aware) in therapy and counselling, where I source in various tools and techniques from different therapeutic styles, to best facilitate the client’s needs and ways to address their core concerns. I work in a long-term, sustained therapy format, which involves depth work and forming a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. I provide my clients a safe space, rooted in empathy, compassion and genuineness. My specialised areas of work are : Emotional disturbances (anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation), Grief & Loss, Stress & Burnout, Motivation, Self-Esteem & Body Image, Trauma & Psychosomatic concerns, Postpartum Depression. Individuals I work with: Young Adults & Adults (Age 20-45), Children & Adolescent (Age 6-19), Parent-Child Relationships, Relationship dynamics (marital, romantic), Pre & Post Natal Counselling.

Individuals seek therapy for various reasons and there are various approaches that therapists practice. However, long-term psychotherapy is for anyone who is inclined towards learning to have in-depth awareness & understanding of themselves, bring congruence in their thoughts-feelings-behaviour, reflect on patterns, develop mind-body integration, acquire skills to improve community/relationship connections, unlearn-relearn-build on healthy coping strategies, and gain insights & perspectives to navigate life situations/targeted concerns in a way that is helpful rather than causing distress. Psychotherapy is not a quick fix to your problems. It is also not advice/solution giving way to address things. It is an enduring, self-sustained commitment towards yourself and your healing.
