Warm, conversational and non-judgmental, but also purposeful. I don’t believe therapy should only be a space to talk—I help you understand patterns, connect the dots and work towards meaningful change.
I use an integrative approach rather than forcing every client into one method. Depending on the person and the issue, I draw from evidence-based psychotherapy approaches alongside my training in Cognitive Hypnotic Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and IFS-informed work.

My path into psychology grew from years of working closely with people and businesses and becoming increasingly interested in what drives human behaviour beneath the surface. That eventually developed into formal study and extensive psychotherapy training, and today psychology forms a central part of my professional work.
